Raboso
Parcel #912

This red wine is obtained from a selection of the native Raboso Piave grapes grown on Parcel #912 in our vineyards in the Carboncine – Roncade area. Long maceration, ageing in chestnut and “Allier” oak for 48 months. Some bunches are withered in the grape-drying loft for 3 months and skilfully added to the blend. Final bottle ageing for 12 months. Due to the typicality of the soil and the specific winemaking techniques deployed, here at Santomè we consider our Raboso ready to drink only after a long ageing period of 5 years (4 years in the barrel and 1 in the bottle). Only produced in the best years.

  • Alcohol level: 14.50%
  • Grapes: Raboso Piave – Mappale #912

Winemaker's note: the ennobling of the ancient vine of Treviso and Venice. Personality and power without rival. Deserving of the title “Super Venetian”.
