EXCLUSIVE WINES AND EXPRESSION OF THE TERRITORY
Here at Santomè, we put a great deal of effort into the production of three wines with which the province of Treviso has long been associated: Tai Bianco (aka Tocai), Pinot Nero and Merlot.
Due to the particular features of the maturation process of the grapes and the specific vinification techniques deployed, this wines are only made in the best years.
The typicality of the three wines derives, therefore, from the winemaking techniques and the work dedications to best characterise the Venetian “terroir” and Tenuta Santomè.
Tai (Tocai) grapes cultivated on Parcel 368 and Merlot grapes on Parcel 80, both located in the vineyards of our Estate – Carboncine area in Roncade.
Pinot Nero grapes cultivated in our vineyards in Ca’ Morelli in Roncade.
