This red wine is obtained from a selection of Merlot grapes grown on Parcel 80 in our vineyards in the Carboncine – Roncade area. Late-harvested to capture the fruit at the moment of its optimum maturation. Maceration for 30 days and refining in 500-litre barriques for 24 months. Only produced in the best years.
